REGISTRATION FORM

Please review the Festival Rules & Policy before submitting your registration. Your registration submission stands as an agreement to abide by these rules and support the Elevate Youth Dance Festival mission.

*Students who register after one month before the festival are not eligible to receive a festival t-shirt with registration. Select sizes will be available for purchase at the door!

REGISTRATION RATES

  • $85 per Workshop-Only Participant
    • Includes: Festival t-shirt, Master classes, Gala concert, Pizza dinner!
  • $100 per Adjudication Performer
    • Includes: Adjudication, Festival t-shirt, Master classes, Gala concert, Pizza dinner!
    • *Student Choreographers also take part in a personal feedback session with an adjudicator!
